Mirko Rubeis is a Managing Director and Senior Partner in the Dubai Office of Boston Consulting Group, the global management consulting firm and the world's leading strategy advisor.
Mirko leads the Refining and Petchem segment for BCG globally, where he is pushing a strong agenda based on sustainability (decarbonization/circular economy), digital and operational improvements.
During his tenure at BCG, he advised Oil Companies, Chemical Companies and Investment companies across Europe, Middle East and Africa on their most pressing issues: business strategy, M&A, operational excellence and organizational effectiveness.
Mirko is often featured on specialized press, and is a frequent speaker at conferences and events.
Prior to BCG, Mirko worked in Europe in the downstream business of an oil company.
He holds a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of RomaTre (Rome, Italy), a MBA from SDA Bocconi (Milan, Italy), and is also an Alumnus of SEM Tsinghua (Beijing, PRC).
Mirko is originally from Rome, Italy, and lives in Dubai with his wife and their two daughters.
