Martin Helweg

With over 20 years of experience in leadership roles, Martin leads the P&O Maritime Logistics end-to-end management of services and solutions. Prior to DP World’s acquisition of Topaz Enegry and Marine and the subsequent merger with P&O Maritime, Martin served as the Chief Operations Officer at Topaz, where he was responsible for the company’s global operations.

Prior to his role at Topaz, Martin led Svitzer’s operations for the Americas Region as a Regional Managing Director. He was also Svitzer’s Regional Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Managing Director for Asia, Middle East & Africa, based in Dubai.

Martin brings with him a wealth of knowledge and unique experience from the industry, in various roles and geographies (Americas, Asia, Middle East and Africa) within finance and leadership roles including, but not limited to, large-scale marine operations, growing businesses in the offshore sector and forming strong relationships with global oil & gas clients.
