Leonardo Bandiera is a Principal in the Dubai office of the Boston Consulting Group. He joined the Milan office of BCG in 2015, while in 2017 he transferred to the Dubai Office where he is a core member of BCG's Energy Practice.
During his tenure at BCG, Leonardo advised Oil and Gas clients across a diverse range of strategic projects including energy transition strategy, financial transactions support and digital strategy.
Most recently, Leonardo has supported the formation of a Joint Venture on Carbon Capture and Storage in the effort to decarbonize the oil and gas value chain, and is currently leading the Digital Transformation program across multiple functions of an Oil and Gas company.
He holds a Master Degree in Energy Engineering and a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano University, and he is also an Alumnus of the Technology University of Delft (Sustainable Energy Technology Master exchange student).
Leonardo is originally from Siracusa, Italy, and lives in Dubai with his wife and his newborn son.
