Julius Walker

Julius Walker is a Senior Research Analyst in OPEC’s Energy Studies Department. He is one of the lead authors of the annual OPEC flagship publication, the World Oil Outlook, which examines long-term energy challenges. Prior to his role at OPEC, Mr. Walker held senior roles at the International Energy Agency, investment bank UBS and markets consultancy JBC Energy.
