João Henrique Rittershaussen

João Henrique Rittershaussen is the Petrobras Chief Production Development Officer; he holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), and in Petroleum Engineering from Petrobras; additionally, he holds an MBA in Business Management from Coppead (UFRJ) and from the Advanced Management Program of INSEAD (Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires), in France. He has worked at Petrobras for 35 years, having held several managerial roles in the E&P and Procurement segment. Rittershaussen has served as an Executive Manager at the company since November 2017 for building the company’s new assets in Upstream & Downstream.
