Hessa Ali

Hessa Ali is a Sr. Reliability Specialist in the Asset Integrity Division of ADNOC LNG at Das Island, having joined the company in 2021. Her role entails meeting production targets and reducing losses by ensuring Asset Availability.

She has over nine years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Systems and Reliability Management. Prior to joining ADNOC LNG, Hessa worked at ADNOC Sour Gas’s operated plant, Shah, where she established a new Reliability Department with her team.

Hessa is also a member of ADNOC Future Leaders (AFL) and the ADNOC Youth Council (AYC). She holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Sharjah (UAE) and is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional from the SMRP.
