The ADIPEC Forum for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will provide a platform to discuss the structural inequalities that the industry is facing. With relevant insights from international experts, global leaders and advocates of diversity, equity and inclusion, the conference is set to help develop a roadmap to support organisations in creating equitable solutions that attract and retain talent and build a resilient and sustainable energy industry.
Since 2017, I have been a regular speaker at ADIPEC with Diversity and Inclusion being the highlight of my participation and this is where I have had the valuable opportunity to contribute to shaping the programme. Each year, the organisers put tremendous effort to gather world-class speakers – both from the private and public sector - to discuss timely issues and share experiences, challenges and opportunities related to the global energy industry managing and accelerating diversity and inclusion among all its ranks. The gathering also offers the platform for other key stakeholders including academia and international organisations to share their views on the subject. I, once again, very much look forward to joining the event this year.
