ADIPEC Youth Council1

The ADIPEC Youth Council was established in 2023 to amplify the voices of young people in the global energy transition, as part of ADIPEC’s commitment to inspiring youth to become future leaders in the energy industry, taking an active role in driving toward a responsible and sustainable energy future.

The launch of the ADIPEC Youth Council strengthens ADIPEC’s commitment to empowering and engaging youth in the energy transition. It aims to provide select university students and young professionals with the tools, knowledge, and connections needed to influence policymakers, bridge the generational divide, and carry forward a clean energy legacy, capable of meeting net-zero commitments.

Youth Council members will:

• Liaise with ADIPEC Executive Committee members to facilitate cross-generational dialogue on the energy transition.
• Participate as moderators and speakers in the ADIPEC Future Leaders Programme to connect with and exchange ideas with other future energy leaders.
• Engage with energy transition leaders and policymakers during ADIPEC to share insights to help shape the future of energy.
• Participate in exclusive roundtable discussions with prominent figures in the industry inspiring youth to take an active role in driving a responsible and sustainable energy future.
