Laurence Verdier is EMEA Vice President for the 3 M Personal Safety Division since 2017.

Laurence Verdier began her career within 3 M France in 1991 as Sales Manager for 3 M Health Care solutions.

In 1995 Laurence Verdier Joined the Automotive Division where she had different managerial roles within this division for 7 years.

In 2002 she was appointed as a Black Belt Six Sigma for 3 years leading all strategic process improvement projects for 3 M at EMEA level 3 Years later she joined the 3 M Aftermarket Division with a Sales and Marketing Manager role where she had the opportunity, with her team, to support the growth of the automotive aftermarket industry providing key solutions to automotive repair centers to improve their processes and productivity.

In 2008 she returned to 3 M France at various leadership positions for 3 M Personal Safety Division and Electronics and Energy Divisions, integrating at the same time the operating committee, before taking up a Business Transformation role in 2015 During her 2 years working as a Business Transformation Manager, Laurence has influenced the way 3 M approach its market and support its customers to ensure 3 M users are always at its core.

Since 2017 Laurence Verdier is Vice President EMEA for 3 M Personal Safety division where she is involved in the whole value stream from the manufacturing of Personal Safety Equipment to the aftersales services of the solutions including R&D, training and many other aspects With the latest Covid pandemic, Laurence Verdier has put a lot of efforts to ensure that 3 M could upscale its manufacturing capacity to serve the increased demand of respirators while maintaining the regular supplies to 3 M historical industrial customers.

Laurence Verdier graduated from the IPME Business school in France.
