Hissa Al Hajeri

Ms. Hissa Al Hajeri started her career at ADNOC since 2003. She has almost 19 years of experience across ADNOC Group companies in multiple senior positions in Human Resources.

Currently she is leading ADNOC’s Group Talent Acquisition and Education Affairs. Her strategic role focuses on attracting the finest talent to build the future and growth of ADNOC, Abu Dhabi and the UAE.

Ms. Hissa’s main responsibilities include building a globally recognized Employer Brand and providing world class experience for candidates and managers. She also provides scholarships for outstanding students to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate programs in specialized disciplines at prestigious institutions, both within the UAE and abroad.

Ms. Hissa holds an Executive MBA from Zayed University and a Diploma in French Language from Sorbonne University. She is also a Member & Secretary of ADNOC Schools Board of Trustees.

During her career she has accomplished great achievements such as, exceeding the UAE National Recruitment Targets across ADNOC Group Companies. Successfully reducing the recruitment timeframe by 50%. Launching Fursa, which is an internal platform facilitating internal movements of existing talent across Group Companies. And having successful partnerships to source the best candidates worldwide.
