Mae Al Mozaini
Manager – Research & Advisory
Mae S. Al Mozaini is the Manager of Corporate Affairs Research & Advisory in Saudi Aramco. She has been working for the Company for 27 years but believes that her service extends beyond that since she was born and raised in the company’s residential compound and is a second generation “Aramcon”.
Throughout her 27 year career, Mae has advanced from a junior entry level employee to one of the female leaders in Saudi Aramco. She has held various leadership positions across the Company. Her previous posts include Administrator of Corporate Brand Management, Director of Public Affairs in the Company’s US subsidiary offices, Manager of Public Relations Operations Department and Manager of Corporate Affairs Services. Mae has completed several executive training programs with various US institutions including Rice and Duke Universities and attended Company management programs such as the Asia Business & Culture program (ABC) and Saudi Aramco Management Development Seminar (SAMDS).
Mae is passionate about women development and youth engagement. She is actively involved in businesswomen associations and is on several advisory boards to support this mission.
Mae is married and manages a dual career/family with her husband and together have four grown children.
