Nasser M. Al-Deeni is the Vice President of Asset Integrity for NPCC which is a world class Engineering, Procurement and Construction Company that provides total EPC solutions to both the Offshore and Onshore Oil & Gas sector.
Nasser brings to his position a well-established background in electrical engineering as well as Safety. Prior to taking on the position of Vice-president-Asset Integrity in 2014, he was in-charge of HSE for over 18 years. His experience in HSE business involved roles at the technical and operational level, developing HSE strategies and procedures and delivering technical advice and support for a wide variety of onshore and offshore projects. He has a good level of exposure and understanding of ADNOC Code of Practices and Abu Dhabi EHS program management. He helped his company receive numerous HSE awards both nationally and internationally such as ADNOC HSE Awards, RoSPA, British Safety Council and IPLOCA. He moved back to his specialty in engineering in 2014 where he is currently in charge of Asset Integrity overlooking the maintenance of all company assets for both offshore and onshore. Nasser’s goal is to drive portfolio change aligned to ensure equipment and assets availability during execution of projects. His responsibilities in this role include developing strategies, plans and operating procedures for the Asset Integrity Department; monitor performance against these and initiate corrective actions to ensure flawless execution of projects.
Born in November 1st 1962, a father of eight children, Nasser holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Valpariso, Indiana, USA in June 1987 and started his career in ADNOC Dec 1987 as an electrical engineer in FERTIL Ruwais, UAE. His hobbies include football, swimming and tennis.
