Total Global Procurement
Stephane Pla started his career at ETPM, an Engineering Procurement and Construction Contractor, in 1990 where he held several positions including design engineering, project management and commercial management. Stephane Joined TOTAL in 2000 on the Girassol project before taking responsibility of the construction division in Angola. He worked at the headquarters in development studies before leading the development of the Joslyn Mine in Canada. From 2010 to 2014, he joined the headquarters HR entity in charge of career management for operations staff. He was then in charge of the follow-up of the Yamal LNG project.
As of January 2017, he was nominated VP Projects Procurement at Total Global Procurement, the new procurement entity of the Total Group. This entity is dedicated to the procurement activities of all three Branches (Exploration-Production, Refining-Chemicals and Marketing & Services) and of the Corporate entity, and is part of the new branch, Total Global Services, that is formed by the seven services affiliates of the Group (HR, Training, Moyens Généraux, IT, Finance, Consulting).
Stephane Pla graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees (Paris) .
