Ronald is a seasoned professional with over two decades of rich experience in leading and overseeing the Corporate Excellence, and Human Resources functions in Asia and the MENA region. Ronald has a good blend of experience with Corporate and Consulting firms and has handled functions spanning from Human Resources Management, Corporate Performance Strategy, Projects, and Business Excellence.
Ronald joined Gerab in April 2013; he has been responsible for directing and leading the Corporate Shared Services function covering Human Resources, Administration, Business Excellence, Projects and Corporate Communications divisions for Gerab Group.
Ronald holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development in addition to this; he has various certifications to his credit in the field of Human Resources and Business Excellence. He has been associated with Dubai Economic Department (DED) as Team Leader and Senior Assessor for the Dubai Quality Awards program as well as with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) as a Team Leader for the Emiratisation Award.
