Maria has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources specializing in areas such as employer branding, recruitment, change management and leadership and talent development.
Her current role focuses on designing employee experience frameworks, promoting a culture that reinforces an organization’s mission and core values, creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and developing leadership capability for Cepsa. She also acts as Change Management Lead applying a change management programs and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the Transformation process in Cepsa.
