Gianfranco Ungaro

Gianfranco has cumulated experience in a wide range of activities in Oil & Gas projects, ranging from engineering to safety in both onshore and offshore area. He is currently Senior Vice President Onshore Asset in TotalEnergies EP UAE in Abu Dhabi.

Previously he held the positions of Project Director within TotalEnergies New Venture Team,  Project Manager within Total Puerto Rico where he managed various projects for a budget of 50million $, Head of the Engineering department within the Project division of Total E&P Indonesia leading a team of about 30 engineers, overseeing all studies from pre-project until detail engineering for all the new developments.

He has had also experience in Artic development when, based in Paris, he was the Engineering Leader for Offshore of Shtokman project.

Other recent project experience includes the position of HSE engineer for an onshore Oil Plant located in Italy.
