Zainub Noor

Zainub Noor is the Director of Scouting & Innovation, at Halliburton Labs, Halliburton’s clean energy accelerator program. In this role, Zainub supports the mission to advance cleaner, affordable energy through identification of innovative, technology companies in all energy sectors to accelerate their journey to commercially scale, through access to corporate platforms and networking.

Zainub has held multiple roles in consulting, technology development, strategy, business management in various regions and most recently as global head for reservoir recovery and production operations - helping energy operators worldwide in digital transformation to optimize asset development and operations. She has a history of leading asset development projects for operators worldwide in Middle East, North America, Europe, Asia, and South America related to digital oil fields, field development and asset digital twins. She is the author of multiple papers and patents, speaking at conferences around the world on energy development and sustainability.

Zainub also serves on the advisory panel for Bauer Business School and is recognized as 25 Influential Women in Energy by Hart Energy and 100 Global Leaders by Petroleum Economist.
