Paul brings 24 years of experience in driving strategy and change in the Energy & Natural Resources industry. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Paul held various sector leadership positions in “Big 4” consultancies, most recently as Oil & Gas Global Emerging Markets Leader for EY. Paul has also worked for a leading IOC in strategy and transformation roles. He has lived in 10 countries, and brings a global approach to business.
