The Awards are open to all technical professionals and companies operating in the oil and gas industry. Submissions related to other industries will not be accepted. The information submitted should focus on the time period between January 2018 to July 2019. Previous entrants and finalists may re-submit an appropriately updated entry.

There are no fees associated with submitting an entry.
All entry submissions are to be made through the online submission system on the ADIPEC Awards webpage, www.adipec.com/awards
Choose your category, read the judging criteria, complete all required fields and submit your entry.
All entries should be submitted in English. Any entry submitted in a different language will not be accepted.
Yes, you can submit multiple entries in one and/or across all of the categories.
If your entry is relevant to multiple categories and corresponds with the entry submission criteria, then yes.
Please do not submit entries for the same project more than once. If an entry is submitted multiple times, the most recent entry will be considered with previous entries being deleted.
Yes, you can submit entries from different offices, please indicate clearly in the entry form both the “focal point of contact details” and the “submission entry details”
The online submissions portal allows entrants to save the progress of their submission details and return to add or complete the entry at a later time. Applicants must remember to save their progress and can update and change the content as many times as needed, up until the submissions deadline of Monday 29 July 2019.

The jury is composed of leading energy experts from across the industry and includes members from National Oil Companies, International Oil Companies, industry thought-leaders and academic institutions. They provide a dedicated level of evaluation to the ADIPEC Awards and stand with their names for the quality and impartiality of the judging process.

The Awards ceremony takes place on the evening of Monday 11 November 2019 at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Each finalist will be given three complimentary tickets to attend the ADIPEC Awards ceremony. Any costs incurred to attend the Awards ceremony will be be met by the finalists. Please contact us to book a full table or extra guest places.
