The Young ADIPEC Engineer category aims to recognise an individual who has just started his career in the gas and oil industry and has less than four years of experience, during which he has showcased a great deal of potential as a future team leader.
CRITERIA
1. Describe individual’s scope of work and area he/she are involved with
2. Rate individual’s ability to adapt to the environment, people and situations that arise
3. Describe candidate’s understanding of all disciplines
4. Team player that exhibits leadership qualities
5. Mentor’s recommendation
