WELCOME DESK AT ABU DHABI AIRPORT A welcome desk will be set up at Abu Dhabi International Airport to assist arriving delegates and will be staffed by ADIPEC’s organizing company's personnel. The sponsor’s logo will be included in the design of the registration desk
LANYARD AND BADGES Every visitors, exhibitors, delegates, VIPs, and speakers are given a lanyard and badge on all the four days, hence a prominent and visible opportunity throughout the show.
TRANSPORTATION For four consecutive days, buses will operate from early morning until evening through Abu Dhabi, transporting ADIPEC attendees between their hotels and the ADNEC Centre including other ADIPEC activities and evening functions. This opportunity gives you great exposure and gain recognition by the Oil & Gas community and thousands of pedestrian consumers, who live, work and visit Abu Dhabi.
INFORMATION KIOSKS & MESSAGE BOARDS To ensure that ADIPEC visitor onsite experience is smooth and enjoyable the Information & assistance staff will be highly visible to offer advice and direction throughout the show and mobile staff will also be constantly on the lookout for ‘lost’ visitors. ADIPEC will also install a large information panel in a central location to keep the attendees informed at all times of the program of conferences and activities.
